Art & Photography has been a interest since childhood. I have an interest in being a music artist photographer but like all types of Photography. I have always had a dream to be an Artist or a Graphic Designer and had a brief spell as a Graphic Designer with a small Printers in Maybole, but the owner Boss man (to be polite was an arse).
So that all ended and I moved onto other things.
I was DJing in an around Ayrshire for over 20 years and had started DJing by chance out at my local Youth Club, The Dead End Club. My mate Paul just walked away from me at the Decks so I just got on with it and never looked back I enjoyed that for a while that basically paid for my music .
I no longer Dj although still follow the culture and hope to purchase some CD decks soon.
(Well that would depend on Cash flow)

Since picking up a Camera I have found out how much I enjoy taking pictures and hopefully this might turn into a full time profession for me in the future well I retire in about 10 years time. (fingers crossed)

For me I think a Picture holds a memory, it brings joy and a smile and also a tear. it sends a message.

I like all styles of Photography although one that stick out the most would be Candid, or Reportage style catching People unawareness, genuine emotions I am inspired by Henri Cartier-Bresson who was a tru master !.

I am now dabbling in Low Key, High Key , Fashon and Enviromental Photography and open to other styles that I come across.
Low Key light Yang, low key refers to a style mostly consists of midtones and shadows. think Classic 1950’s film noir . something with mystery.

We can all sit and pose and smile , but I want to catch something different and everyday things in their natural state.
